The players are asked to restat one of their favorite previous characters and email the GM with a small bio and a bit about where the character was when last they left them. At the start of game play, all players hand their character sheet and bio to the person to their left.

The characters wake up on an empty sound stage - completely confusing for characters who have no idea what a sound stage is. Gradually, the characters encounter each other and begin gathering clues pointing to only one conclusion - they are fabricated characters who have somehow exceeded the bounds of their fabricated world and now they're trapped in the factory that manufactures the multiverse.

Who made them, and how did they become sentient? What do they do now?
